• If the claim file is complete in all respect PHS will settle the claim within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents. Sometime PHS may settle the claim, deducting the amount pertaining to deficient document.
  
  
• When the deficient documents are submitted PHS will reopen the file and pay for the same if they are payable under the policy.

• WHAT ABOUT POST HOSPITALISATION EXPENSES
  
  
• If you have incurred post hospitalisation expenses which are permissible under policy you may submit a supplementary claim along with relevant documents immediately after permitted post hospitalisation period.
  
  
• PHS will scrutinize the same reopening the original claim and settle the same.

• DISCHARGE VOUCHER
  
  
• On settlement of your claim PHS will send a claim discharge voucher along with the settlement cheque. You are advised to sign the discharge voucher over the revenue stamp affixed thereon and return the same to PHS.
  
  
• PHS will scrutinize the same reopening the original claim and settle the same.
