PROCEDURES

  • HOW TO OBTAIN CASHLESS FACILITY.
  • Procedure Flow Chart.
    • Send the Admission request note to PHS 24 x 7 Help Desk (022 – 56620888) available on admission counter of network hospital.
    • Fax : 022 28259743 / 543 / 784 / 489. Also Request note is available on our web site
    • Planned admissions : Notify Paramount 2-3 days prior to the date of admission.
    • On receipt of the above form, on duty doctor will verify your coverage vis-à-vis your insurance policy and if covered a authorisation letter (AL) will be sent to your hospital and copy to you if you so desire.
    • If the coverage is not established, Intimation (Denial) will be sent to your hospital and to you.
    • The denial of authorisation for cashless access does not mean denial of treatment and does not in any way prevent you from seeking necessary medical attention or hospitalization.

    • INCASE OF PLANNED HOSPITALISATION ( to a Network Hospital )

      • Kindly arrange to send us a doctor's note advising hospitalisation either by Fax or by E-mail.
      • Contact local PHS representative or the helpline and give details about your ID card.
      • If the ailment is covered under the policy, the same would be informed to you and an Authority Letter would be issued to the concerned hospital on the basis of which you can avail our cashless facility.

    • Incase of an accidental emergency ( to a Network hospital )

      • You can get admitted as per hospital norms and intimate PHS within 24 hrs and obtain an Cashless Facility.


    • Incase of admission to a Non-network Hospital
      • You may get admitted as per the rules of the Hospital and make payments for the treatment taken and later on submit all the documents for reimbursement.
